On the other hand, the annual index rose over the past 12 months to 6.0% from 6.4% in January, matching expectations, while the annual basic index, excluding food and energy prices, fell to 5.5% in February from 5.6%.
In the details of the index, the food index recorded a growth of 9.5% on an annual basis, and recorded an increase of about 0.4% in February, while the energy index decreased by 0.6% in February, up by about 5.2% on an annual basis.
