The US private sector added about 77,000 jobs in February, according to figures released a few moments ago by ADP, at the lowest pace since July of last year after adding about 186,000 jobs in the January reading, while expectations indicated an addition of 141,000 jobs.
In detail, the manufacturing sector added about 18,000 jobs, while the construction sector added about 26,000 jobs, while the trade, transportation and utilities sector lost about 33,000 jobs, the information sector lost 14,000 jobs, and the education and health services sector lost 28,000 jobs.
