The combined market value of cryptocurrencies, according to Coingecko, is rising by about 1.5% today, Monday, to regain the $3 trillion levels it lost last week.
Bitcoin is receiving support from the launch of the first upgrade to the Bitcoin network since 2017, in an update known as Taproot, which is considered the largest upgrade to the Blockchain network in four years.
Ethereum, in turn, is trading at an increase of about 1.6 percent this morning at levels of 4.687 thousand dollars, with an increase in the market value to 555 billion dollars.
The Dogecoin currency recorded slight increases by about 0.55%, trading at levels of $0.2625, with a decline in its market value to $34 billion, while the Cardano rose by about 1.01% and trading at levels of $2.06, and a market value of about $68 billion.
Ripple is rising by about 2.5% and trading at levels of $1.21 and a market value of about $57 billion. The Solana currency is also rising by about 2.4 percent, trading at levels of $241, and a market value of about $73 billion.
