Inflation in Canada is below market expectations

The CPI, which measures inflation in Canada, rose by 0.3% in June, on a monthly basis, compared to 0.5% in May, according to the report issued by Statistics Canada, and less than expectations that it would rise by 0.4%. On the other hand, the index rose on an annual basis.
